Fortescue has iron ore operations in the Pilbara, Western Australia which are connected by 760 kilometres of rail to Port Hedland.
At Fortescue’s Port Hedland site, APAC and Fortescue collaborated to install a customised stainless steel 150kW APAC P150AHR3SA Packaged Unit. This tailored unit ensures efficient climate control for Fortescue’s Sample Processing Facility (SPF), which plays a critical role in testing ore prior to shipment at Port Hedland’s port facility.
When the North stand of the iconic Sydney cricket ground was being redeveloped the architects aim was to showcase the next evolution of stadium design in Australia.
This meant the four hot water plants were required to fit around the buildings complex shape and design. Our commercial hot water specialists designed a bespoke system to meet the unique parameters of the build.
In a prime location on Spencer Street in Melbournes CBD the brief for this brand new state of the art police station was quite specific – construct to exacting security standards but with a 5 star Green energy rating.
The internal hot water plant was very specific also with 2 sources of preheated water (to save on fuel costs) and a maximum allowable water temperature to be circulated around the building.
