Rinnai's manifold pack consists of 2 to 25 heavy-duty continuous flow water heaters plumbed together.

The Rinnai Manifold Pack is a powerful hot water solution designed for applications where a single unit isn’t enough. It combines multiple Rinnai Heavy Duty Continuous Flow Water Heaters into one integrated system to deliver higher flow rates and consistent hot water performance - ideal for commercial and large-scale residential settings.

Each system is expertly assembled on a robust, purpose-built frame and connected using high-quality copper piping that is precision-plumbed, fully insulated, and built to last. Every water heater features an intelligent PCB (Printed Circuit Board) Controller for precise temperature management, and when connected to Rinnai’s Intelligent Management System*, the units communicate in real time - optimising energy use and ensuring seamless, reliable hot water delivery.

Proudly designed and assembled in Australia (with Heavy Duty water heaters manufactured in Japan), the Rinnai Manifold Pack is backed by Rinnai’s global reputation for innovation, quality, and long-lasting performance.

Preset outlet temperature

No wasteful pilot lights

Features

  • Outlet temperature is preset and remains constant, even when the flow varies
  • Standard temperatures available are 55°C, 60°C, 70°C, 75°C and 85°C
  • Factory set and sealed 50°C preset units offer site adjustable incremental temperature adjustment to deliver true 50°C at tap
  • NSW health approved 40°C and 42°C are available to replace Thermostatic Mixing Valve's (TMV) for ablution areas. Must be specifically ordered as such. Local legislation dependent
  • Peak flow rate cannot be exceeded
  • No flow means no gas consumption
  • No wasteful pilot lights
  • Internal or external systems available
  • Internal system can be used with individual flueing and common flueing

Ideal for

  • Sporting club change rooms - temperature set at 42°C or 50°C
  • Shower blocks - temperature set at 42°C or 50°C
  • Cafés, restaurants and pubs - temperatures set at 60°C or 75°C
  • Hot water wash down for manufacturing - temperature set at up to 85°C

Manifold packs are usually used for dead leg type installations, however they can be used on flow and return ring main systems. These must have correct pipe and pump selection.
