Background
Completed in November 2024, Paramount on Parkes is a mixed-use development in Harris Park, NSW, comprising 89 residential apartments and six levels of commercial space. To support the hot water demands of both residents and commercial occupants, the development required a high-capacity and energy-efficient hot water solution capable of delivering long-term reliability and performance.
Challenge
A key challenge of the project was gaining access to the facility's services area to remove existing equipment and install the new system. The project required careful planning and coordination to ensure the replacement could be completed efficiently while accommodating site access constraints.
The upgraded system also needed to deliver increased hot water storage capacity, improved energy efficiency and enhanced reliability to support the demands of the development.
