Voluntary Recall – Gas Storage Water Heaters
July 2023 – Rinnai Australia is undertaking a voluntary national product safety recall of a small batch of model GHF4135N Gas Storage Water Heaters manufactured during December 2022 by one of our overseas manufacturing partners. A total of 230 appliances affected.

Symmetry Inbuilt Gas Log Effect Space Heater
May 2017 – Rinnai Australia has identified the Rinnai Symmetry Inbuilt gas log effect space heaters models RDV3610ETR and RDV3611ETR, under very rare circumstances, the mesh-guard may separate from the front of the heater and there is also a very remote possibility of glass breakage resulting in a risk of injury.
